I just SOLD #312-1345 Comox St on Friday. It was listed on Wednesday for $329,900 and after 3 offers from the 1st showing, it sold that night for $352,000!
As such, I have numerous clients looking for somthing in the West End. They have been pre-approved and are ready to buy. If you know of anyone who is thinking of making a move please let me know!
